Daily Accountability and Bonus Weekly Challenges

As soon as you sign up you have access to all the materials and also gain access to our private Facebook group. This is where we can talk strategy for vacations, time spent at a birthday party, what to do when you fall off the wagon, and more. As your coach I will be working alongside you participating in the challenge and giving you help when you need it. 

InBody Scan

the InBody Scan extracts three key measurements in order to track health and fitness progress. You will be using the InBody three times during the contest to measure your Total Body Weight,  Muscle Mass, Body Fat and Hydration level; once before the contest, once at the mid-point, and at the end.

Monday, February 10th We Begin! Be Ready and Sign Up before February 8th

Thursday February 13th: First scan due

Saturday March 1st: Halfway scans due

Sunday March 23rd: Clean and Lean ends

Thursday March 27th: Last scan due by 7:00 PM
