Tools You'll be Using During "Drop 15 by The 15th"

The Daily eating plan is Simple. (Simple doesn't always mean easy but it sure does help.) Eat 3 Rapid Fat Loss Meals and as an option add in one snack or drink one shake. And that’s it! There are over 80 recipes provided so you have options to choose from. You’re in total control of what you eat. For instance, you can eat the same thing every day or choose a new recipe for every meal. The strength of this meal plan is that you can design it to fit your needs and tastes.

At the beginning of each week, use the Meal Mapping template to design your meals for that week. Once you have filled in your meals for the week, grocery shop. There are different Step By Step Guides to make menu planning easier.
