Thanks for sending over your registration and health history. I appreciate you for taking the time to fill it out. It's important to me that I know how to train you appropriately and take care of you the best way possible, and that gives me a big head start.
Here's what to expect next:
I'll give you a call to go over your health history and setup a date and time for our first coaching appointment, which takes about 30 minutes.
At that appointment we'll go through a simple movement assessment, so you'll want to wear "gym clothes" that you can move freely in. The purpose of the assessment is just to see how your body is feeling and how you move, so we can find the best way to start your training. Easy Peasy!
We will also sit down and chat a little bit more about your goals for being here, and start to outline a plan to get you there. You will also have any and all of your questions answered before you go.
