Commit to ReCommitting

Sound a bit redundant? I think this is the year of Do - Overs. I know I'd like to have a do - over of things I did this year. Including many things pertaining to health and fitness. 

Here's a few things I could do better:

  • drink more water daily
  • drink more water daily consistently
  • eat less junk food
  • eat more veggies
  • train harder
  • take my vitamins on a more regular basis
  • sleep or at least work at sleep harder
  • relax and chill to take the stress out
