- First Scan Due: Thursday February 13th
- Midpoint Scan: Saturday, March 1st
- Challenge End: Sunday, March 23
- Final Scan Due: Thursday, March 27 by 7:00 PM
Comprehensive Materials
Participants receive ten one-page guides covering topics from weekly menu planning to crafting the ultimate breakfast. These resources are designed for easy reference and long-term use. Additionally, the Clean and Lean Guide and Cookbook offer a variety of tasty and easy-to-make recipes to keep your meals exciting and nutritious.
Daily Accountability and Community Support
Upon enrollment, you'll gain access to a private Facebook group where members share strategies, seek advice, and offer support. Coach Nancy is doing more than monitoring your progress she is also participating in the challenge. It's better to give guidance and encouragement throughout the challenge when you are working through the same issues.
InBody Scan Assessments
To track your progress, the challenge includes three InBody Scan assessments. These scans measure key health metrics such as total body weight, muscle mass, body fat, and hydration levels. Assessments are conducted at the start, midpoint, and conclusion of the challenge to provide tangible insights into your health improvements.
