Cr8 Fitness has been open since 2008. That is 15 years of coaching and training those in Epsom and the surrounding towns. We know that if you get healthier you automagically get happier. True story the world can use a whole lot more happier.

Since its been 15 years of having our doors open, we've been cr8-ing (creating) challenges for those in the Cr8 Fitness Family and for those looking in from the outside. In July our challenge is for both. In fact we're going to have a competition and the winner wins.

Here's the challenge. In July as you hike, bike, walk or run carry something along with you. The only stipulation is however you chose to travel you must carry something other than your phone or water bottle. I'm assuming you already carry those two things. We're calling it the Anything Carry Challenge. After you are out and about come back and record how far you traveled. The team that travels the furthest in July will win.

Carry Anything Challenge - How far have you traveled July 1st - 31st?

(Let us know what team you're on as well)

Team choices:

6:15am

The Rest of the World

The picture above shows the results after the first week. There is plenty of time. We love to see how each group is doing so tag your travel distance often. The one thing you must do while you are walking, hiking, biking, or running is to carry something.

8am has planned walks together. 6:15 am is catching onto their plans and now has a group walk planned.

Here's where you can help. Invite those outside of Cr8 Fitness to join in our challenge. Remember as you get healthier you automagically get happier. Let's spread the happy. If you are not currently in the Cr8 Fitness Family join the World team and see if you can beat our numbers. If you're looking for a fitness home, jump into our training for two weeks on us. We know you'll love it so much you want to stay with us forever.

 Join in on the fun.

To your best health,

Coach Nancy
