Gaining weight is easy. Losing weight takes work and a plan. "Dropping 15 by the 15th" gives you the plan to help you lose weight. This plan can't guarantee you lose 15 pounds but it will get you started in the right direction. It's almost a no brainer to work the plan and use the tools and find in 6 weeks that you have made progress toward your goals. I'd be happy to be on my way to my goal instead of staying frustrated and unhappy.

When three people in one day ask for a nutrition challenge, I know it is time to get one going. On top of that I need focus, myself. It seems more than ever, I tend to shift blame or give excuses for my eating patterns. No one or no one event in my life throws food down my throat. I want to feel better so I am the fourth person asking for a nutrition challenge. I need nutritional focus.
