Your Mission: 17 Nutritional Wins in June
This month, we challenge you to complete 17 nutrition tasks from our Cr8-approved list. No pressure to do them every day — take the whole month and knock them off at your own pace. One a day, one item — you decide how to get to 17!
Each task is designed to be simple, doable, and powerful when it comes to improving how you feel and function. Whether it’s drinking more water, prepping meals in advance, or upping your veggie game, every action counts.

Because you deserve to celebrate — and so do we! Each task you complete honors a year Cr8 Fitness has been serving our amazing community. That’s 17 years of showing up, getting stronger, and building lifelong habits. And now it’s your turn to stack up 17 healthy wins of your own.
How to Join the Challenge:
- Get the List – Grab the official Nutrition Challenge checklist at the gym or via email.
- Check 'Em Off – Complete any 17 items by June 30. You choose which ones, in any order.
- Stay Accountable – Snap a pic, mark it on your tracker, or share your wins with your coach.
- Celebrate Your Progress – Because every checkmark is a step toward better health.
